- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I contacted this company to perform a CT scan, First they told me I had to come in and pick up something I needed to drink before the test. so I left work earily and picked it up when I got there they said theyMISSED FILED my medical information that they had just gotten faxed over by my Doctor good thing I had a copy in my purse so they copied it from me well the next morning they called me and told me I did not have to drink the stuff that a made a special trip to pick up and said just come in for the test on Monday . they filded to tell me I needed to fast 4 hours ahead lucky think I called the Doctor to question all of this come in for the test and they told me they could not do the test that day !! I had a Specialist Doctor apt the next about this test. I was very upset to say the least !! (they laughed at me and told me to reschedule it ! I asked WHY was I called in the morning and notified that the test could not be done because the air wasn't working and they said they hoped they could get the room cool enough to have the test! what it turns out is they did NOT want to lose the $$$ of the test! my health and well being ment NOTHING to them. they would not even help me find another place where I could have the test that day. I left my job 2 hours ahead of time to get there and find out I could not have the test. there is a happy ending I did have the test but not here! I have it a another compant where you were treated as a person where it was clean and they furniture did not have holes in it wanted if the medical equipment was up to par when the waiting room looked out dated and not taken care of if is funny they didn't misfile my insurance for payment but they did misfile my medical records I would go some where else in a hearty beat there are many places to chose from just don't chose this one. whey should you??August 01, 2017by Cheryl Walsh
